Terms and Conditions

1. Who can use Gumana Academy

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian. You must give accurate details when you sign up or pay.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. Keep access to your email secure.
• Your account is for one person. Do not share your login or let others use your access.
• We may suspend an account that shares access or content, or misuses the service.

3. Courses and levels

Each course is sold in levels. Each level includes everything in the levels below it:

• Visual Guide: picture-led chapters, each opened by a short video, and a closing video.
• Recorded Classes: a full recorded class for every chapter, with notes.
• Live classes: scheduled online classes, with recordings.

We may update course content to keep it accurate, for example when an AI tool changes. Updates do not reduce what the course page described when you bought it.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on each course page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Each purchase is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
• You can upgrade to a higher level later by paying the difference in price at that time.

5. Access period

You can use the course for as long as it is offered on Gumana Academy. If we ever stop offering a course, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email so you can finish it.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for a valid reason, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Certificate of completion

• When you finish every chapter of your level, you receive a Gumana AI certificate of completion in your name.
• It shows that you completed the course. It is not a government, university or professional qualification.
• Each certificate has a unique link so others can check it. We may cancel a certificate if it was earned by sharing access or misuse, or if the purchase was refunded.

8. Your licence to use the content

All course content (guides, videos, notes, prompts, templates, images and the Gumana brand) belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning and work. You may use the prompts and templates in your own projects. You may not copy, record, download, resell, share or publish the course content itself.

9. Live classes

• Be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts a class or harasses others.
• Do not record live classes yourself. We provide recordings.
• If we need to reschedule a class, we tell you in advance and give a new date or a recording.

10. Third-party tools

Our courses teach you to use tools made by other companies (for example AI tools, website builders and marketplaces). Their prices, limits and rules are set by them and can change. Your use of those tools is under their terms, not ours.

11. No guarantee of results

We teach skills and show what worked for us. We do not promise income, sales, marketplace approval, exam results or any other outcome, because these depend on you and on others.

12. Your responsibilities

• Check AI output before you use it. You are responsible for what you publish or share.
• Do not put other people's personal data, passwords or payment keys into AI tools. Teachers: never enter student names, marks or photos.
• Follow the law and the rules of any platform you use.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about a course is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases made before the change in a way that reduces your rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [add city for jurisdiction in content/legal.json] have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most problems are solved quickly.

16. Contact and grievances

For questions or complaints, contact us or our grievance officer below. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
