Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

When you buy a course you get online access, in your Gumana Academy dashboard, to the level you paid for: the Visual Guide, Recorded Classes, or Live classes. On completion you receive a certificate of completion online.

2. When you get access

• Access is given instantly once your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway, usually within a few minutes.
• In rare cases, such as bank delays, it can take up to 24 hours.
• We also email a confirmation to the address on your account.

3. Live classes

Live class dates, times and joining links are shown in your dashboard and sent by email. Classes are held online. Recordings are added to your dashboard after each session.

4. How to access

Log in at the login page with the email you used to pay. You can use a phone, tablet or computer with a current browser and a stable internet connection.

5. Delivery problems

If you paid but do not see your course within 24 hours, contact us with your order ID. If we cannot fix it, you are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
